Shipping is always free within the continental United States! Your package will normally arrive within 3 - 6 business days.

The customer is solely responsible for packages addressed incorrectly (occurring when the customer inputs the wrong street name, zip code, city, etc). No refund or replacements will be applied. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly before placing your order.
Claims for missing packages can be filed with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL). Lost packages must be reported within 90 days of date of order. No refunds under any circumstances for packages reported as missing after 90 days.

We ship to most international locations via USPS First Class International Mail, and occasionally we use UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We charge weight-based shipping rates for international orders, which typically run between $10 to $23.
You can normally expect your international shipment to arrive in 10 to 25 business days. It can occasionally take up to 10 additional days for local customs to release international orders. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds because of shipping or customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process.
