Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email that contains your tracking information. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping once we’ve released the package to the carrier. 

For international shipments, you can contact your local Customs Department with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

To note: Almond Clear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered to the correct address. 

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly before placing your order. The customer is solely responsible for packages addressed incorrectly (occurring when the customer inputs the wrong street name, zip code, city, etc). No refund or replacement will be applied. 

Claims for missing packages can be filed with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Landmark). Lost packages must be reported within 90 days of the date of order. No refunds under any circumstances for packages reported as missing after 90 days. 

International shipping costs are non-refundable in any and all circumstances.


Shipping FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most international locations and offer two options: Duties Prepaid (DDP), or Duties Due on Arrival (DDU). If you select Duties Due on Arrival, you will need to visit your local post office to pay all duties and taxes before receiving your product. We do not offer any refunds for products that are returned to sender because of unpaid duties.

What is the shipping cost?

DOMESTIC: Shipping for domestic orders over $40 (within the United States) is free. Orders under $40 are charged based on weight and dimensional based prices. Subscription orders within the United States are always free. 

INTERNATIONAL: International shipping costs depend on whether you opt into duties prepaid or duties due upon arrival. 

Please note that international shipping costs are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

How long will it take to receive my order?

DOMESTIC: Free Shipping over $40: 5-8 business days / Standard: 3-6 business days / Expedited: 2-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping times vary depending on the country. Average transit times range from 10 - 21 business days. We do not provide refunds for delayed international packages.

What shipping carriers do you use?

DOMESTIC: Your package may come via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

INTERNATIONAL: Landmark is the main carrier we use.

When is a package considered lost?

DOMESTIC: 10 business days with no tracking update.

INTERNATIONAL: 20 business days with no tracking update.

Tracking shows the package as delivered, but I don’t see it?

We ask that you wait 48 business hours to see if the package turns up, and be sure to ask your neighbors/leasing office to check if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. For support, please reach out to hello@almondclear.com.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

The product should be fine to use so long as the seal is still intact and the bottle is not broken. If the product is leaking upon delivery or shattered/broken, please reach out to hello@almondclear.com for assistance. We require photos of the damage/leaking (packaging and product) as evidence to share with the carrier.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We can certainly try, so long as the request is made immediately after the order is placed. That said, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. Please email hello@almondclear.com for any order modification/cancellation requests.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the East Coast, in the United States.
