Return Policy

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at hello@almondclear.com and we’ll take you through the process. The product must be sealed and unused to be eligible for a return. Unopened products in "new" condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are subject to a $3 restocking fee plus the cost of a return shipping label (typically between $5 to $12). Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the return label being generated. Otherwise, we cannot honor the refund.

Please note that only domestic orders are eligible for a return. As for international orders, returns are not possible and all sales are final. We’re sorry about that!

 

Refund Policy

We know what it's like to be disappointed by skincare products that don't work. You let yourself get your hopes up, only to feel even more hopeless when the product doesn't meet your expectations. We never want you to feel that way. While we can't take away the emotional pain that comes from a product not working, we can make sure that you don't lose money. That's why Almond Clear is backed by a 60-day refund guarantee.

Our 60-day refund guarantee policy: You can request a refund of a used product within 60 days of purchase, so long as you have tried using the product consistently and correctly. First-time customers only. 

If the product causes an adverse skin reaction, then contact us right away and stop usage. We will make things right for you with a refund. 

Inconsistent or short-term usage does not qualify for a refund. If you've been consistent and you still aren't seeing results, then reach out to hello@almondclear.com to get your refund started. 

Regarding refund requests for damaged, lost, stolen, or unopened shipments, please reach out to us for assistance or reference the FAQs here. 

For orders purchased on TikTok Shop or Amazon, please reference those specific return and refund policies.
