We know what it's like to be disappointed by skincare products that don't work: You let yourself get your hopes up, only to feel even more hopeless when the product doesn't work. We never want you to feel that way. While we can't take away the emotional pain that comes from a product not working, we can make sure that you don't lose money. That's why Almond Clear is backed by a 60-day return policy.

REFUNDS

To get the refund process started, contact hello@almondclear.com. 

SKIN REACTION: If the products caused an adverse skin reaction then contact us right away and stop usage. We will make things right for you with a full refund.

DIDN'T WORK: To qualify for a refund, you must correctly follow the products' usage directions. Consistent usage over time is the only way to get results. Inconsistent or short-term usage does not qualify for a refund. If you've been consistent and aren't seeing results, then reach out to get your refund started. First time customers only. Refunds must be requested within 60 days of date of purchase.

DAMAGED PRODUCT: If your product was damaged in transit then of course we'll provide a full refund! To get the process started, we'll need photos of the broken item and the box or envelope that they came in. 

LOST ORDER: Full refund provided. Lost packages must be reported within 90 days of date of order. No refunds will be granted for packages reported after 90 days. 

LEAKING PRODUCT: Less than approx ⅕ has leaked: A small amount of leaking sometimes occurs when packages are transported by air because the cargo holds of airplanes are not pressurized. The product is still perfectly safe to use. Unfortunately, leaking is an unpreventable consequence of air transportation, especially when using glass bottles (which is the most sustainable option). No refund or replacement will be provided. More than ⅕ to ⅓ has leaked: A 30% refund will be provided. ⅓ to ½ has leaked:50% refund will be provided. More than ½ had leaked: A full refund will be provided, or a free replacement (Continental USA orders only).

RETURNS

Returns are subject to a $3 restocking fee plus the cost of a return shipping label (typically between $5 to $12).

Unopened products in "new" condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be mailed within 14 days of date of return label generation. No refunds if mailed after 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipping costs are non-refundable and products are non-returnable.
