I apply it daily after showering at it has really helped keep the pustules on my chest at a minimum. I still get them occasionally, but it might be when I wait too long to shower after sweating.

This is the 1st product that I have actually seen a change with. I started off doing it once every other day to make sure I wasn't allergic or anything to it.
