Soothing Daily Moisturizer

I’ve gone months without this moisturizer and you can tell by the looks of my skin! The only moisturizer that’s worked for me and I haven’t been able to find a replacement. Please please tell me this will be launching soon my skin needs it. I wish I would have known it would be discontinued because I would have bought all the bottles. I need this back asap.

I'm echoing what others have said, that this is the only moisturizer that has helped clear my skin and keep it clear, and that I'm very sad/disappointed that it's out of stock (or, as I learned from the other reviews, discontinued). I hope the new version is released soon (VERY soon, since I ran out and waited too long to (try to) re-order 😩) and is just as good. I've spent years and years and so much money trying to find products that work for my skin, and Almond Clear products are amazing. With the product costs in general, plus the terrible exchange rate from USD to CAD and shipping costs, it says how much I love the products if I'm willing to pay that much to get them. ☺️

I’m honestly really frustrated with the communication surrounding this lotion.

I’ve been waiting for this product to come back for months. First, it was sold out. Then I was told the lotion was discontinued. After that, we were told the formula was being changed because ingredient costs had increased. Then we were told the new lotion would be available around mid-summer. Now we’re being told it won’t be released until November.

I completely understand that reformulating a product and dealing with rising ingredient costs can take time. What I find frustrating is the constant change in the timeline and the lack of clear communication. If the product wasn’t going to be available until November, I would have much rather been given an honest and realistic timeframe instead of continuing to wait for a release that kept getting pushed back.

This is especially disappointing because this lotion genuinely worked for me. I was diagnosed with folliculitis last November, and this was one of the only products that really helped my skin. Since it became unavailable, I’ve tried several other gel lotions, but none have worked as well for me.

I really hope the new lotion actually launches in November and that we finally get some consistency and transparency from the company. I’m a customer who genuinely wants to continue using this product, but the repeated delays and changing information have been extremely frustrating.

I’m not gonna slam y'all for the availability of this product. While you may not have sent initial correspondence to notify, you guys are incredibly prompt in your responses to questions and I really appreciate that. I wasn’t left wondering. Of COURSE I am desperate for that new formulation to hit and hope and pray it’ll be just as good, but things happen and I’m sure you guys are doing what you can to get it out. Plus it taking more time tells me you guys are making every effort to make sure you’re getting out a GOOD product and not just Willy nilly putting it on the shelves as a bandaid fix to make people happy. I want this company to succeed because they have some of the only products that have ever worked for me and overall great customer service. Counting down the days to that lotion launch lol

This is the only moisturizer I've found that actually absorbs into my skin rather than just sitting on top, and was a life saver for my acne/messed up skin barrier. While I HIGHLY recommend this product, the lack of communication regarding its discontinuation (first told it was just out of stock due to supply chain issues, then it was discontinued) and the company's failure to deliver the new product by the projected mid-summer date has been frustrating. I 100% understand that things happen and it can be especially difficult to navigate sudden issues as a small business. It just would have been nice if communication had been transparent from the beginning, especially because I've been hard pressed to find a comparable product and many of us were left hanging. I do appreciate that the company took the time to respond to my questions via email. Looking forward to the new moisturizer, hope it's here soon!
